What the aim trainer measures
Each target measures three things at once: noticing where it appeared, moving the cursor there, and clicking precisely. The result is the average time per target in milliseconds. Casual players usually land around 550–650 ms; under 480 ms is fast and under 400 ms is elite.
Sensitivity and setup
Use the same mouse sensitivity (DPI) you play with, sit at a steady distance, and keep your wrist relaxed. If you overshoot targets, lower your sensitivity; if you need several movements to reach a target, raise it. Accuracy matters — a missed click costs time.
